Partnership, programme and event delivery
Co-led Spark Business’ largest integrated B2B customer programme. I led marketing and communications workstreams, including working with sponsors and partners to ensure they received maximum value for their contributions, shaped themes and content production, coordinated internal teams, agencies, and speakers, resolved delivery issues and kept senior leaders informed. The programme strengthened brand perceptions, contributed materially to expected pipeline and secured significant partnership funding.
Transformation brought to life
Partnered with transformation leaders to project-manage and deliver an experiential employee programme across New Zealand manufacturing sites. The work connected more than 8,500 people to the end-to-end business and contributed to improvements in engagement, culture, health, safety and wellbeing measures.
Client leadership in a complex organisation
Led multidisciplinary client teams, scoped work, managed budgets and coordinated specialists. On secondment with Auckland Kindergarten Association, I worked closely with the CEO and Board during significant organisational change, combining stakeholder engagement, communications and practical delivery.
Keeping the details from falling through the cracks
Across roles, I’ve managed budgets, agencies, action trackers, stakeholder dependencies and sensitive communications. I’ve also maintained registers for legal substantiation and communications issues, and worked across product, sales, brand, data, creative and corporate affairs to keep delivery accurate and on track.
Not boxed into one function.
My background is in marketing and communications, but the value I bring is broader: coordinating work, supporting leaders, managing stakeholders and doing what needs doing. That can translate into sponsorship or partnership delivery, business operations or coordination, client leadership and programme delivery. While I don't have an established governance, risk or technical operations background, I do bring the judgement, organisation, written capability and follow-through that transfer well into broader delivery roles.

Beyond the CV
Outside work, I’m an active mum, wife, friend and enthusiastic organiser of family adventures. It goes without saying I like work that matters and doing it with people who are good humans. I also value doing the school pick up when I can, Saturday Parkrun, getting outdoors and spending time with the people who matter most.
